Studio Housekeeping

Crisp fall days are perfect for cleaning up the studio. Also, varnishing, framing and shipping out paintings to new homes.

The painting below (Path from Beavertail Lighthouse, Jamestown) is going to a new home in Jacksonville, FL. I remember the day so well, painting with Trish Hurley and friends. It was so WINDY! That umbrella blew over shortly after I painted it in place, it’s patient owner chasing after it on the lighthouse lawn.
